Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the order will be refunded but the shipping costs will be deducted. If you received free shipping as part of our promotion, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.
USA: Orders under $25 are charged a flat rate of $3. Orders of $25 and more are charged a flat rate of $5. The standard shipping option is USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Delivery times vary depending on your location (2-7 days). Please note that a 6% sales tax is added to orders placed in Michigan.
US Express Mail (1-2 days): $35. Please note that this price is estimated, and if the actual cost is lower or higher based on the weight of your order and delivery address, your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
Canada: As of Jan 28, 2013, USPS significantly increased international shipping rates. Therefore, we were forced to increase the flat shipping rate for Canada to $15. Any extra charge will be refunded.
Orders are shipped with First Class International and the average delivery time reported by our customers is 14 days.

Orders of $60 to $89.99: flat rate of $25
Orders from $90 and above: flat rate of $35
We use USPS First Class/Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on the country and the customs processing times. No tracking number is provided for international orders. We are not responsible for orders lost during shipping or the customs fees that may apply.
Processing Time: Orders placed on business days Monday to Friday, 3PM Eastern time, are shipped within 24 hours, and orders placed on holidays and weekends are shipped the next business day. During holidays, see shipping times in special announcements on our website.

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Although it is an extreme rarity when there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will offer a full refund for products with such defects upon receipt of the faulty product.
Unworn items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund within twenty-one (21) days from the date the order was shipped. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn hosiery items or items with opened packaging.
Please note that we cannot exchange items that are out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately by e-mail or phone ((260) 624-4021).
Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you received free shipping and handling as part of our promotion, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs with returning merchandise. We will credit postage for a return of faulty or incorrect products. Items should be returned in secure packaging with bubble wrap or similar. We are not responsible for items lost in the return process. We recommend using insured mail with tracking number if you have any concerns.
All returned items must receive our quality approval. Items should be unworn in the original, undamaged packaging, with original tags still attached.
If this is your first time ordering one of our brands and you are uncertain of sizing, contact us prior to ordering.
Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Any refund will be in the manner of payment. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for credit card refunds.
Refunds will not be given for products used, or with damages caused by misuse or neglect. Items returned to us in violation of this return policy will not be accepted.
