Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the order will be refunded but the shipping costs will be deducted. If you received free shipping as part of our promotion, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.

USA: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $65 or more (excluding taxes, and after all discounts are applied). Orders under $25 will be charged a flat rate of $3. Orders of $25 to $64.99 will be charged a flat rate of $5. The standard shipping option is USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Delivery times vary depending on your location (2-7 days). Please note that a 6% sales tax is added to orders placed in Michigan.

US Express Mail (1-2 days): $35. Please note that this price is estimated, and if the actual cost is lower or higher based on the weight of your order and delivery address, your order total will be adjusted accordingly. 
Ann Arbor Customers: If you would like to have your order delivered to you for free, please contact us before placing your order and we will make sure you are not charged for shipping during checkout.

 

Canada: As of Jan 28, 2013, USPS significantly increased international shipping rates. Therefore, we were forced to increase the flat shipping rate for Canada to $15. Please note that any extra charge will be refunded.

Orders are shipped with First Class International and the average delivery time reported by our customers is 14 days.

 

International Shipping: We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will check if we can ship there.

 

Shipping rates are as follows:

(Please note that these rates are estimated, and if the actual cost is lower, the extra amount will be refunded.)

Orders under $30: flat rate of $15

Orders of $30 to 59.99: flat rate of $20

Orders of $60 to $89.99: flat rate of $25

Orders from $90 and above: flat rate of $35

 

We use USPS First Class/Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on the country and the customs processing times. No tracking number is provided for international orders. We are not responsible for orders lost during shipping or the customs fees that may apply.

 

Processing Time: Orders placed by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) between Monday and Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

However, international shipping requires declaring the items shipped and the full name of the company, therefore, every item in your order will be listed in the customs declaration form, and the shipper will appear as The Stylish Fox.

Returns Policy

Please, carefully review our Return Policy and contact us with any questions.

Although it is an extreme rarity when there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will offer a full refund for products with such defects.

Unworn items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund within twenty-one (21) days from the date the order was shipped. We do not accept returns of worn items or items with opened packaging.

Please note that we cannot exchange items that are out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately by e-mail or phone ((260) 624-4021).

Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you received free shipping and handling as part of our promotion, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs with returning merchandise. We will credit postage for a return of faulty or incorrect products. Items should be returned in secure packaging with bubble wrap or similar. We are not responsible for items lost in the return process. We recommend using insured mail with tracking number if you have any concerns.

All returned items must receive our quality approval. Items should be unworn in the original, undamaged packaging, with original tags still attached.

If this is your first time ordering one of our brands and you are uncertain of sizing, contact us prior to ordering.

Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Any refund will be in the manner of payment. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for credit card refunds.

Refunds will not be given for products used, or with damages caused by misuse or neglect. Items returned to us in violation of this return policy will not be accepted.
